Some years ago, my wife and I made a series of these wood nativity scenes utilizing scrap wood of various species. They made for great family Christmas gifts and I'm constantly hearing that they have been put on display again as the season approaches. This was not an original design and I'm afraid I don't know the author to give him or her credit.
