I love the challenge of hearing a client’s wishes and then designing a cabinet or display to meet their requirements. These have included rack card holders, a motivational plaque, cash donation box, retail P.O.P. (point of purchase) displays & more simple structures. I always provide the client with drawings showing a full perspective to help them envision the end results.
Literature & Monitor Wall Display
Faced with a number of requirements, this was a fun challenge. First, the Asheville campus of Lenoir Rhyne University wanted a secured space for an electronic monitor that would not be stolen in this public location. Next, the shelves needed to be removable and/or adjustable for posters or other combinations of literature. Movable dividers on each shelf were also created to keep the literature in an orderly display. And lastly, no room is perfectly square so to make these mitered corners added a little extra fun. I always start with mechanical drawings so the client can visualize the end result.
